Bifilar Heater

The Bifilar heater design integrates interwoven conductor patterns where one is of higher resistance than its adjacent pattern. The resulting heater is two heaters in one, providing step-based heating.

Multi Zone Heaters

With All Flex, you can implement differing watt density zones within one overall heater. Custom designed to your specific requirements, your system may have the need for hotter/cooler locations within one processing sequence, all driven by the same controller.
