Bifilar Heater


Bifilar designs provide an unusual heat control scheme when variable input voltage is not available. Each heating element has its own input wire set which is controlled independently – giving the engineer the ability to step wattage output, blend heating schemes, or pulsate between heating elements to satisfy a unique requirement in the OEM’s device.


All Flex Bifilar heaters implement multiple conductor widths within the same layout, providing multiple resistance levels. Input voltage is required for each element.
