Northfield, MN. April 8, 2020.

All Flex is excited to announce that former Chief Financial Officer, John Fallon, has become the new President and CEO. John has been serving All Flex in the CFO role for the past two-and-a-half years, demonstrating a high level of commitment to All Flex’s core values (Customer Focus; We Find A Way; Be Entrepreneurial; People and Teamwork; Rapid Response). He has also played a key role in leading the growth and success of the company.

The All Flex Board of Directors, along with Granite Equity Partners, endorsed the selection of John Fallon as the company’s next CEO.

“John’s strategic vision coupled with a pragmatic approach to action will serve All Flex well,” said Dale Nordquist, chair of the All Flex Board.

Greg Closser, former CEO of All Flex and current board member shared, “I am excited that John is taking the leadership position at All Flex. He is a proven leader in the company and the business. John holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of Holy Cross and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He began his career at TD Waterhouse in the financial services industry and more recently has held roles at PolyVision Corporation and Oshkosh Corporation, gaining experience in strategy, pricing, sales and marketing, operations, budgeting, and international partnerships. A resident of Rochester, Minnesota, John is involved in the community and coaches youth sports. He and his wife Beth are the parents of two sets of twins: twin boys and twin girls.
